Facilities are clean, staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the booking and payments processes are transparent and easy. Never had any problems with them.Maria, in particular, is excellent. She is super friendly, fun to chat with while doing longer therapy or exercises, is knowledgeable, explains the reasoning behind the treatment to you, and, most importantly, it works beautifully. After my injury, I was back at it quickly and with full recovery. If I'm ever injured again, she will be my first choice.

Dr. Franco Vincelli, at The Active Health Institute, is an excellent chiropractor. He takes time to listen to his patients’ needs before each visit and changes his plan accordingly. I have had different issues with my back and hips and he has made so many of the symptoms disappear. He and his staff are friendly, accommodating and get to know their patients. His schedule allows for before and after work appointments. I have already recommended Dr. Vincelli to my family and friends.

It took two weeks to get just a tube of shaving cream. Nobody had called when it came in like they said they would. I found it sitting on the shelf. If I hadn’t gone in I would still be waiting. The message on the phone says leave a message and we will call back. Nobody calls back. When I asked about these things they said that they are too busy.I’ll stick to Shoppers or Walmart.
